Over time we designed over a 200+ screens for Optilogic platform. Design phases were implemented in sprints and versions. We constantly test and improve our designs to keep product quality.
Our design system is a complete set of standards intended to manage design at scale using reusable components and patterns.
Optilogic design system consists of several parts that work together to create a cohesive user experience across Optilogic platform and other products.
Brand Guidelines - This is the foundation of a design system and defines the visual and messaging elements that create a consistent brand identity. It includes things like the brand logo, color palette, typography, and tone of voice.
UI components - UI components are the building blocks of a user interface, such as buttons, icons, input fields, and menus. These components are designed in a consistent way to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all products and platforms.
Design patterns - We suggested repeatable solutions to common design problems. Design patterns help users quickly understand how to interact with a product, which improves usability.
Accessibility guidelines - We created accessibility guidelines to ensure that products are designed to be usable by people with disabilities. This includes things like color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility.
Styleguide - We created comprehensive documentation that outlines how to use and implement the different components and patterns. This documentation helps ensure that everyone on the team is using the design system correctly and consistently.

We suggested using prototyping in SaaS project because it can be a highly effective way to validate ideas and test functionality before committing to development.First we defined our goals: Before beginning the prototyping process, it was essential to understand what we hoped to achieve. We needed to identify the key features and functionality we wanted to test and set clear objectives for our prototype.
We used prototyping in early stages of functionality ideation (wireframes) and at the end of the sprint (design) to verify our functionality features. During the process we gathered feedback from out clients and stakeholders, and identified pain points, usability issues and ares for improvement. Based on the feedback we received, refined your prototype and iterate until you have a version that meets your goals and satisfies the needs of our target audience.
When we had a working prototype, we shared it with key stakeholders, our development team, investors, and advisors. This helped us get buy-in and ensure everyone is aligned on the project's direction. Finally, once we had a fully functional and tested prototype, we moved forward with development. That helped us reduce the risk of building something that doesn't meet our customers' needs or doesn't work as intended.
Prototyping in the project helped us create a more robust, user-friendly product that meets the needs of our customers.

Our agency provides a range of services, including Brand Identity. Our focus is on helping our clients create a compelling online presence that resonates with their target audience, evokes an emotional response, and drives growth. We understand that digital branding goes beyond just designing a logo - it encompasses everything from product design to brand guidelines.
To achieve this, we conduct extensive research to uncover our client's unique traits and values. This enables us to create a tailored solution that leverages their strengths and enables their users to interact with their brand in a meaningful way.
A vending wallet is a digital payment system that allows users to make purchases from vending machines using their mobile phones.
Vending machines usually require coins or paper bills. What if you left your wallet at home? No worries, we have created an electronic wallet that is always with you on your smartphone. Vending Wallet is an advanced application for cashless payments on various types of vending machines.

By using a vending wallet, users can make purchases from vending machines quickly and easily without the need for cash or physical cards. This can make the purchasing process more convenient and efficient, especially in settings where cashless transactions are preferred, such as workplaces, schools, and public areas.

On this project we suggested some visual updates like new table views, consistent icon set, prominent CTA actions, and overall clean approach in visual design.
This platform is fully responsive because we noticed that a lot of users are coming to website trought diferent view ports.

The platform has improved user flows and the whole platform is WCAG compliant.
in order to know how to improve this application, we needed to learn how this application is actually used in the real world. In factories, this platform is used on smaller screens (tablets) and we have improved it so that factory workers can use it more easily (visual display, button size, etc.)
